These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between the Company and users in connection with the use of the Company’s website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). By using the Site, users are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms.
1 Eligibility for Use
Users of the Site must be persons with legal capacity to act under Japanese law and be legally liable for their own conduct. Minors may use the Site only with the consent of a legal guardian, who shall be liable for the minor’s use of the Site.
2 User Obligations
In using the Site, users shall comply with the following obligations:

·Not to infringe the rights of the Company or third parties (e.g., intellectual property rights, privacy)
·Not to provide false information to the Company or use the Site by improper means
·Not to interfere with the operation of the Site (including the spread of viruses, DDoS attacks against the Site, etc.)
·Not to interfere with other users’ use of the Site or cause them any discomfort
3 Provision of Services
The Company may update and revise the contents of the Site from time to time. The Company may also temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the provision of the Site due to system maintenance, malfunctions, changes in laws and regulations, or other reasons. The Company shall notify users of such suspension or termination to the extent possible; however, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom even if no prior notice is given.
4 Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the text, images, logos, designs, programs and other content posted on the Site belong to the Company or the legitimate right holders. Users shall not reproduce, repost, modify, distribute or otherwise use such content without the Company’s prior written permission.
5 Account Management
When creating an account to use certain services on the Site, users shall register accurate information and be responsible for the management of their own account and password. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the unauthorized use or loss of an account or password; such liability shall rest with the user. The Company may suspend the use of an account if unauthorized use is suspected.
6 Limitation of Liability
Except in the following cases, the Company shall not be liable for any damages (including direct and indirect damages) incurred by users as a result of the use of the Site:
·Where the damage is caused by the Company’s intentional act or gross negligence
·Where the Company is statutorily obligated to assume liability
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information posted on the Site; however, the Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of such information. Users shall use the information on the Site at their own discretion, and the Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising therefrom.
7 External Links
The Site may contain links to external websites not operated by the Company. The Company shall not be liable for the contents, privacy policies or other aspects of such external websites. Users shall review the terms and policies of external websites before using them.
8 Revision of the Terms
The Company may revise these Terms from time to time in response to amendments to laws and regulations or changes in the Site’s services. In the event of a revision, a notice shall be posted on the Site, and the revised Terms shall take effect on the date of revision. If users do not agree to the revised Terms, they shall cease using the Site.
9 Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site shall be submitted to the district court having exclusive jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office as the court of first instance.
